The Athens Wildcats wrapped up the NTL Division I title on Saturday with a 9-7 win over Troy.
The Trojans led 6-4 heading into the bottom of the fifth, but Athens tied it in the fifth and scored three in the sixth to win it.
Marc Felt had three hits, and scored two runs, and Luke Newman had two hits, with a double, an RBI and a run scored.
Daniel Joyce had two hits, with a double, and an RBI and Cory Stivason had two hits, with an RBI and a run scored.
Ryan Kennedy had a hit, an RBI and a run scored and Matt Collins had a hit.
Cody Jennings scored a run and Joe Parshall had a hit, an RBI and a run scored and Joe Horn had a hit and two RBI.
Nate Bradley and Ethan Witherow scored runs for Athens.
Collins went the distance on the mound, striking out seven.
Collin Binford had two hits, with a double, an RBI and a run scored for Troy and Kyle Schucker scored a run.
Dane Smith had a hit and scored three times and Clark Jackson scored a run.
Hunter Cohick had two hits, a double, and two RBI and Tyler Williams had a hit, while Jah Wallace scored a run.
Nathan Swain, Binford and Jackson pitched for Troy.
The Rams scored two runs in the first, four in the third and two in the fourth in the win.
Riley God had a double and scored a run and Holdan Hitchcock had two hits.
Matt McClelland scored three runs and Isaac Bennett had two hits, an RBI and a run scored.
Ridge Williams had a hit, an RBI and a run scored and Eli Bennett had two hits and an RBI, while Brandon Brown scored a run.
Mike Wilcox had a hit, an RBI and a run scored and Jon Morrison had two hits and two RBI, while Zach Bryun had an RBI.
Hitchcock, Morriosn and Isaac Bennett pitched for the Rams, striking out three.
Lars Thomason had a 4-for-4 day with two doubles and a run scored for Towanda.
Caleb Lines had two hits and Ricky Smiley and Keegan Kisner had hits. Smiley had an RBI and Kisner and Shane Martin scored runs.
Thomason, Troy Pierce, Lines and Brayden Manchester pitched for Towanda, striking out five.
"Everybody is coming back next year," Towanda coach Bill Sexton said. "I hope this is a learning year and everybody comes back ready next year."
Emma Adams led the Wildcats to the win on Saturday.
Adams was 3-for-3 with a solo home run and she threw a two-hitter with seven strikeouts and no walks.
Kaitlyn Testen and Aubrey Allen also had hits for Athens and scored runs, with Allen driving in a run.
Troy got a double and an RBI from Elena Breese and Madison Alexander had a hit, while Erika Johnston scored a run.
Kerrigan Hoffmann threw a five-hitter for the Trojans, striking out eight.
Kyleigh Ward threw a five-hit shutout, striking out 10 and walking none in the win.
Erin Canfield had two hits, with a triple, and two runs scored for the Rams and Ward had a triple.
Kristie Epler and Autumn Dietz had hits and Katie Epler had a hit and scored a run, while Sarah Bird scored a run.
Casey Hawley had two hits, with a double, and Jayde Parsons had a double for Towanda.
Madi Doss and Vanessa Vanderpool had hits for Towanda.
Parsons struck out five in six innings and Hawley pitched one inning for Towanda.
