TIOGA CENTER, N.Y. — Sarah Hollenbeck doubled home Kurstan Marin in the bottom of the eighth inning as Tioga edged Towanda 6-5.
Kurstan Martin had reached on an error, and advanced to second on an error, scoring on the double.
Marissa Howe had a home run and a double, with three RBI and a run scored for Tioga.
Megan Godfrey had three hits, with a double, and a run scored.
Hollenbeck had two hits, with the winning double and two RBI and Sara Strong had two hits, with a triple, and a run scored.
Abby Lyons had two hits and Kelsey Vosburgh had two hits, with an RBI, a double and a run scored.
Martin scored a run.
Madalyn Dydynski struck out one in three innings and Mariah Culver struck out eight in five innings.
Madi Doss had a hit for Towanda and Gabby Larcom had a hit and an RBI.
Cearra McLinko had a hit and scored two runs and Larisa Terry had a hit and a run scored.
Sydney Schoonover had a hit and an RBI and Vanessa Vanderpool and Hannah Chandler scored runs for Towanda.

WAVERLY, N.Y. — Waverly scored two runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to take a 4-3 lead and Shailei Kraft turned a double play to secure the Waverly win.
Elmira had runners on second and third, down a run, with one out in the seventh when Kraft ranged from shortstop to third base, made a catch and tossed to third to get the double play to end the game.
Zoe Mennig had three hits and three RBI and Kraft had two hits, with an RBI double in the fifth, and two runs scored for Waverly.
Wendi Hammond had two hits and scored two runs and Riley Hall had a hit.
Hammond struck out five for Waverly.
Ally Barr struck out 12 for Elmira and Emily Saltsman had three hits, with a double, while Mariah Graham had two hits, with a double, and Arianna Traugott had a triple.
CV scored two runs in the top of the first, but NEB got three in the bottom half of the inning and three more in the third.
McKenna Wheaton had two hits, with a home run and a double, four RBI and two runs scored and Katie Boardman had two hits.
