Alyssa Yungwirth threw a complete game no-hitter, striking out 10 on the mound and also had one run, three hits, an RBI and a stolen base on offense to lead Wellsboro to their 3-0 win over Jersey Shore on Thursday.
For Wellsboro, Ryann Adams had two hits, Sydney Tremper finished with one RBI, Brianne Keane added one hit, Rileigh Gerges had a walk and a run and Heidi Zuchowski finished with a hit and a run.
Annie Williams threw a complete game, allowing one unearned run on two hits and striking out nine to lead NEB to their 12-1 win over Sayre on Thursday.
For NEB, Megan Brown knocked in three runs, Gabby Slater finished with two runs and three hits, including a double, Williams added one run, McKenna Wheaton had two runs and two hits, including a double, Katie Boardman finished with one hit and two RBI, Morgan Post had one RBI, Lindsay Moore had one run and one hit, Taya Howell added three runs and one RBI, Jaycee Brown finished with three runs and three hits, including two doubles, and McKenzie Haight had one double and three RBI.
For Sayre, Kirsten Covey scored the team's lone run and Kate Cron and Reaghan Zurn each had one hit.
Kaitlynn McCarter started the game for Sayre, in five innings of work she allowed eight runs, four earned, on 10 hits and struck out one. Zurn pitched the final inning, allowing four runs, two earned, on one hit and striking out one.
Roxanne Kingsley hit a walk-off single, driving in Erika Johnston in the seventh inning to give Troy the 7-6 edge over Williamson on Thursday.
For Troy, Vanessa Watson had two runs and two hits, Erika Johnston added three runs and one hit, Gabby Cory finished with one run and two hits, Roxanne Kingsley had one run, three hits, including a home run and one RBI, and Riley McClellan and Madison Alexander each had a double.
For Williamson, Emylee Yusko had one run and one hit, Emma Durst finished with one run and one RBI, Kendra Colegrove had one run, three hits, including a double, a triple, and her 100th career hit, and three RBI, Makayla Butz added one double and one run, Briana Padgett finished with two RBI, Kamryn Miller added one hit and Sarah Learn had two hits.
Yusko pitched for Williamson, allowing seven runs on 11 hits and striking out one.
Watson pitched for Troy, allowing six runs on eight hits and striking out four.
NP-Liberty defeated CV 4-2 in local softball action on Thursday.
For NPL, Carmen Bates had one run, three hits, including a double, Brooke Harvey had one run and two hits, Savanah Doney added two runs, and two RBI, Mackenzie Heater finished with two hits, including a double, and one RBI and Lauren Smith and Mariah Kshir each had one hit.
For CV, Karmen Short had a double and an RBI, Amaya Walker had one double, Brynn Williams scored a run, Emma McClaren finished with two hits and Rylie Ortt and Jenna Romaneo each had one hit.
Doney pitched for NPL and earned the win, allowing two runs, none earned, on five hits, and striking out four in seven innings of work.
Ashleigh Southard pitched for CV and took the loss, allowing four runs, two earned, on nine hits in seven innings of work.
NPL finishes their regular season at 15-4.
