Hornet Softball falls to Northeast Bradford

The Wellsboro Varsity softball team dropped their fourth game of the season as they fell to Northeast Bradford, 9-1. Sophomore Maggie Smith and Freshman Baylea Lehman each went 1-3 at the plate. Freshman Jordan Butters had an RBI to drive home the only run for the Hornets.
Smith suffered her fourth loss on the year.
With the loss, the Hornets fall to 7-4 (4-1 NTL West). The team will be back in action on Friday, May 4, as they travel to Liberty.
